We have a property in the city that we should have sold three years ago but have been holding on to it since our daughter and her family live next door and the fence encompasses both properties. The house is in great decay, needs to be rewired and replumbed and we sometimes still use it when we go in town so it's not possible to rent it out. Now of course, property values have gone down. We're hoping things will be some improved by next summer as our daughter will be ready to sell then and we'll put both lots up for sale together. we think we will get more that way instead of two separate lots.ellen abbotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00535475792150335186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-924402334800183199.post-77201137741179036792011-08-15T21:14:15.455+01:002011-08-15T21:14:15.455+01:00We are doing the same with our house...fixing it u...We are doing the same with our house...fixing it up to rent out, until the housing market picks back up. Real estate can be so stressful, but a good investment in the long run.Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07715453703592474992noreply@blogger.com
