As promised here is an update on the progress of this years Sweet Peas. I'm going to have to get some dead heading done soon so as to keep them flowering.
yours look great. mine didn't do all that well. I thought they would get more sun where I planted them but no. and then we had a sudden deep freeze that lasted about two weeks in late February. I did eventually get some blooms but not many.
I'm sorry to hear that Ellen. The ones in the picture get no direct sun at all but the wall does protect them and gets a lot of sunshine on the other side so no doubt retains some warmth over night.
Yes Belinda they did smell very good and would have been nice in the rooms for the guest if anybody could have been bothered to pick them. At least I got to enjoy them.

Ooh, they must love it against that warm wall. I hope they smell good too!
