NOTES
COMMENTS FROM THE POTTING SHED
Sara You're welcome to the pictures, I was originally going to put them on my other blog but because I don't write to that one anymore they never got posted until now. No the ground isn't frozen at all. Sometimes the ground gets hard but it only lasts a few days at most.

Lovely Pennine Way pictures Bob. We have several friends who have walked it and had a wonderful time. They usually stop one or two nights with us when they are around the Hawes, Keld, Tan Hill area.
Your garden diary reads to me as though you are now almost marking time until the Spring pops up. Our first snowdrop is out today, so won't be long now.

Great Pics! Thanks for the comments on Dahlias! my Dahlia was my favorite flower last year, and I had already decided to invest in more of them this coming spring...so I am glad to have learned more of their virtues.

Jeanette Yes I do have plenty more, I'm not even half way to Scotland yet! When the pics were taken that I put on the last post it was thundering and lightening all around so I had to put a spurt on to try and get to Lothersdale before I got another soaking, thankfully I was lucky and just managed to get my tent up in time.

The Weaver of Grass This is the time of year to get all these kind of jobs done because the last thing I want to be doing is playing catch up in Spring. Yes the Pennine Way is a great walk even though it was very wet when I did it last July.

Red Clover I'm glad what I said about the Dahlia's was a help to you. Now I've said all that they will probably turn out rubbish this year LOL!
