Dead heading the Dahlia's.

This afternoon me and the deputy head gardener, who I think has just been stung by a wasp, are dead heading all the Dahlia's which all looking bright and cheerful even on a day such as this.

Hi Rob ~~ There are always some flowers to dead-head. I hope your deputy wasn't sick after the wasp sting. Peter is doing OK but still one eye won't close properly and he still has trouble drinking.
I smiled at your friend's comments about getting on with things when it's raining. Some friends of mine had a visit from an English lady who wouldn't get out of their car for fear of snakes. Glad your summer has been okay. Take care, my friend. Regards, Merle.

You have designed a very good blog. Makes me stick around it. Your idea and content is good. The collection, arrangement and font everything is fine. The site is lively and also lovely. Good work keep posting. May god bless you in all your future projects.

Hello Rob ~~ Thanks for your comments
and glad you liked the Asiatic Lily.
The name of the Poor Man's orchid is
Schizanthus or similar spelling.
I went shopping today and bought some Citrus Tree food, so hope that will grow me some lemons.
Take care, Regards, Merle.
