Conference Pear

See to the sheep 
 Duration: 08:30-08:50

  Notes: Shuck up the hay in the feeder. 
Put out some minerals. 
Checked and counted the sheep. 

See to the greenhouses 
 Duration: 08:50-09:30  
  Notes: Uncovered the seedlings.
Checked and watered round. 

Planting 
 Duration: 09:30-10:00 
Location: (East Wall)  
  Notes: Planted a pear tree called Conference against the east wall by the little gate. 

Carting off 
 Duration: 10:00-10:30 
Location: (Veg Garden)  
  Notes: Carted to the compost bins some old veg pulled up yesterday whilst digging. 

Break for coffee 
  Duration: 10:30-10:50 (Home)  
Notes: Had a mug of coffee.

Digging 
 Duration: 10:50-12:30 
Location: (Veg Garden)  
  Notes: Continued to dig over the last veg plot. 

Carting off 
 Duration: 12:30-12:45 
Location: (East Wall)  
  Notes: I had to remove some Lavender and old tree roots when I planted the pear tree and so these needed to be carted away to be burnt. 

Break for lunch

Notes: Had a mug of tea and four baked bean sandwiches.
Digging

  Notes: Finished digging the final veg plot. 

Pruning

  Notes: Pruned the two Gooseberry bushes. 

Clean and put away the tools 
  Duration: 15:40-15:50 (Potting Shed)  

See to the bins 
 Duration: 15:50-16:00 
Location: (Hall)  
  Notes: Put out the black bins and recycle tubs.

love the sunrise photo...learned more about pears than I'd known before! Did not realize that in the beginning they had to be cooked so they could be eaten! I once had poached pears with real chocolate shavings...excellent! Can't remember the name of the pear!
