COMMENTS FROM THE POTTING SHED
Red Clover What a really good question and one I can’t rightly answer straight off. I wonder in fact if maybe you have to divide it up a little because as the year goes round you take on different types of work so things are always changing, I will have to give it more thought and let you know.
Jeanette The tea cakes are also known as hot cross buns, it’s like bread with currants in. I saw a bit of what it’s like in your part of the world last weekend, even got to look at some of the fire damage with Mark Webber.
The Weaver of Grass I think that makes a lot of sense, apart from the roses enjoying the rough treatment it would be great seeing them ripping your worst enemy to shreds!!!

OK, are you really feeding your plants fish? What are blood fish? I have never heard of such a thing.
Hi Bob, I liked your sheep. I am surprised they were black.
Jim likes your sandwiches, he had two tonight, each was one long slice of bread with liverwurst, lettuce, and mustard. I got to eat some of the crust. He doesn't drink much tea, he had a glass of water with no ice.
We know hot cross buns, they were in a nursery rhyme Jim used to read me.
Come see us, cheers,
..
BTW, Jim used the Brit to English Dictionary today to look up 'sod.' That reminded him to come visit The Gardner.
..
Gday Bob,
Ah I will be buying fresh hot cross buns from our local bakery next week for Easter.Unlike Jim Im not a big sandwich eater and cheese sandwiches Yuk. My favorite is Chicken Avocado, and the kettles on for a cuppa tea every chance I get..Any more new lambs?..
Sara Sorry, I missed out the comma, I actually feed them on fish, blood and bone meal
Adi You sound like my Tommy, he’s partial to a crust or two. I will be glad when the summer comes and I can have tomato and lettuce and what have you. We have tomatoes from the shop but you might as well eat fresh air for all the taste there is in them so I don’t bother.
Jeanette Yes there were 2 more lambs this morning. I mainly have sandwiches because I only have 45 minutes for lunch so I just want to get something quick and sit down for a while. I don’t mind sandwiches though.
