Dear Bob ~~ You sure took lots of photos on your Pennine Walk of all sorts. We had a lake in Shepparton, but it has dried up in the drought. A 13 year old girl got stuck in the mud and had to be rescued. A week later, a man ran across and also got stuck, He was running from the police, and they had to rescue him and then arrest him for theft I think.
Thanks for your message and I am so fortunate to be safe in my area. The fires have been so
devestating and are still burning.
Take care, my friend, Regards, Merle.
You sure encountered some water on your Pennine way walk, Bob
