NOTE
1) Yesterday we felled two trees in the gardens so today has been spent clearing them away. Anything that was good enough to make logs was split and taken down to the summer house to burn on the beaters fire next winter, the rest was taken to the burn pile.

Those are nice pictures, I am thinking you had a nice holiday. Mrs. Jim is looking at airline specials right now (she does that a lot). This time it would be France and we probably will go.
I scrolled down earlier too, it had been a while since I was there. I saw you in your working clothes. Too bad no one got a picture of me yesterday.
Yesterday I fertilized the yard with weed and feed, checked the sprinkler system, pruned some of the bushes, pulled some weeds here and there, and picked up the pieces of a broken bottle someone had thrown.
I'll let you know when I post the working picture. I was wearing shorts, an old work (short sleeve), flip-flops, and a brimed cotton Guatemala made hat.

It's nice to have you back, Sir Bob, though I am very glad you had a nice holiday! Whoever invented the idea should get a raise. Kip and I are actually flying to New York City in April for a big of a lark ourselves. Should be fun!
I meant "bit of a lark"...I really should read my comments before I post them...sigh.
How do you remove your molehills and what do you do with the soil - I understand it is often good loam for potting, do you do that?
